A premium quality locking filler cap made from anodised 6082 Aluminium Alloy. It has a 4 inch bolt circle with 8 countersunk stainless steel fixings, and is made in England.Also available in black.
The hardest part in mounting this cap to a T3 bus is the body aperture and the angle of the filler neck above and behind the front wheel. Using a straight funnel type adapter often leads to complications and hence modification of the surrounding bodywork and filler neck.
The one piece CNC billet alloy adapter simplifies mounting and requires no bodywork modifications, apart from removal of the old plastic surround! It's made from anodised aluminium and comes with a rear mounting ring to which the Fuel cap bolts. Uses the original VW funnel and its mounting ring found behind the original plastic item. However this ring is usually rusted badly (and will probably break when you try taking your old cap off) and the rubber perished, luckily we can also supply these parts too, though at extra cost.
